AskQuiz is a free quiz maker. You can create quizzes from scratch, generate them with AI from a topic or text, or import them, then edit, reorder, share, and track responses. All features are free; fair-use daily limits apply to AI generation to prevent abuse.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using AskQuiz, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, please ensure you have parental or guardian consent.
3. AI-Generated Content
AskQuiz uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate quiz content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated quizzes are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any content before using it in educational or professional settings.
- Iris Digital does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Service.
- Use automated tools or bots to scrape or abuse the Service.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or access restrictions.
5. Data You Collect from Respondents
If you enable name or email collection on a quiz, you are responsible for the personal data you gather from respondents, including having a lawful basis to collect it and informing respondents appropriately. AskQuiz processes that data on your behalf, and you can delete it at any time from the quiz results.
6. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of any topic, text, or material you submit to the Service.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the quizzes generated for you (for personal, educational, or commercial purposes), provided you comply with these Terms.
- The AskQuiz platform, including its code, design, and branding, is the exclusive property of Iris Digital. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell it, nor use its branding without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IRIS DIGITAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRIS DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
